Rollercoaster

This past month has been an emotional rollercoaster. So many highs and lows, some things I haven’t really processed yet. Some things still in limbo. I really don’t want to go into detail about it at this point but I want to look back at this blog and remember this time in our lives. A time of change, chaos, peace, frustration, joy. At a later date, I will go into detail but tonight it’ll merely be cryptic:

New job, new school

Both boys received academic achievements at school this year- yay!!

E is playing in baseball tournaments almost every weekend….and still losing

E being recruited by several teams for next year

Under contract with a “new” house, and worked endlessly the past couple weeks to prep our current house, which is now on the market

Said goodbye to one of the best classes I’ve ever taught

P only played 3 baseball games before the rest of his season got cancelled

Our property- birth of a dream, death of a dream

Today I took the boys out to lunch to celebrate the end of a great school year. I let them choose the restaurant and they could pick anything on the menu. Afterwards we got fro-yo for dessert. We came home and decompressed by watching “Clifford the Big Red Dog”. I thought it would be dumb but it was actually pretty good. We laughed a lot, something I haven’t done much of the past week. So it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed being present in the moment with our boys, celebrating them and all they’ve accomplished this year.

I know, 10 years from now, I’ll look back on this time period as one of growth and faith.

my journey in baseball

So, I started my baseball career at T-ball. Then, I moved up to coaches pitch. And now I am in kids pitch 9u and if you are look for a GREAT team for kids pitch, go to Blast baseball their facility is in LA.My dad said that he thinks  I could go to the majors if I want to. These are some thing I would recommend.
